Phil has worked in technology business for over 20 years. Now, he spends much of his time advising venture and private equity partners on technology acquisitions.
His background in data analytics enables him to cut through the sales pitch, and quantify the scale of the opportunity.
Building.
Good directors know how to listen. In helping businesses to grow we want to understand what can we give beyond capital. We want to share expertise, but also our network, so that we can practically help the individuals who drive a company to achieve their full potential.
Selling.
Many entrepreneurs fixate on the exit. Having seen both sides of the fence (as founders and as investors), we believe that passion in the product comes first. Good products and great companies always create a win-win for both buyer and seller.
Our job is to provide that connection.
